- GWV Theme Group Sdn Bhd ( GWV ) is a film and television set construction company located within the IMS complex.
- This company is jointly owned and directed by Peter Gillies and Rohan Weston. Both these men have had over 20yrs practical experience in the set building industry throughout the world. They have chosen to base themselves permanently in Malaysia establishing this company in 2016.
- Film Credits include : Anna & the King , Star Wars Revenge of the Sith , Moulin Rouge , Ned Kelly , The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe , Star Wars Clone Wars , The Matrix Reloaded , Australia , Ghostrider , The Great Gatsby , Marco Polo S1/S2 , Pirates of the Caribbean , Mad Max Fury Road , Tianhou ( Sky Fire ) , The Ghost Bride , Strike Back , Twilight…plus many more
- Prop making and supply has been provided for Legoland Iskandar and Genting World Theme Park.
- GWV can offer skilled local labour in all areas of the department, includingcarpentry , painters , scenic artists , model makers , steel fabrication ,sculpting , fibreglass / carbon fibre moulding and all aspects of associated management.
- We have a special use trailer for hire capable of carrying 10tonne, used to rig yachts or any structure within the water tank or on land as a movable object. Our onsite workshop comprises 450sqm including office space.
