Post-Production and Digital Lab Processing Services
Basecamp Films is one of the largest Malaysian post-production companies, operating from facilities in Kuala Lumpur and at IMS studios. We offer a wide range of post-production services including DI and audio post for both cinema and episodic television. Our facilities are Dolby Vision certified and include both a THX certified cinema mastering studio and a Dolby Atmos Home setup for broadcast.
Our Digital Dailies Lab Service can assist productions, operating at either of our two locations or “near-set” and can grade, transcode, QC and upload editorial footage to around 8TB of raw footage per day. This service is perfect for productions shooting at the IMS studios.
We have been privileged to be able to recently work with wonderful companies like Warner Brothers, Meridian Entertainment, BBC, ITV, Netflix, HBO and Blumhouse on great projects like Crazy Rich Asians, Skyfire, Our Girl, The Singapore Grip, The Ghost Bride, Strike Back (series 7) and Solo, just to name a few.
Our experienced team is additionally able to support productions with monitor calibration, lookup table advice and support, projected rushes viewing in both 2K and 4K and we are happy to work with the DOP or VFX supervisor teams with look development through the testing phase of preproduction.
